I Phoned the Real Men in Black as a Teenager: Here's What Happened… – Mysterious Universe

Robbie Graham heads several posts illustrating various aspects of the UFO field. Graham promos “the hotly-anticipated Men in Black reboot” in a diverting personal story, which nonetheless may reflect a real-world concern the British Ministry of Defence has had with UFOs. Nick Redfern finds intriguing parallels between the Men in Black of UFO lore and another cryptic and creepy group, and through them both to Alien Intent in Black Eyed Children: The UFO/Alien Theory. Continuing Nick’s connections of legends and extraterrestrials is From Fairies to Aliens: One and the Same?. Brett Tingley has a “take” on the Luis Elizondo-George Knapp interview we commented about on the 20th. Pentagon UFO Chief Says More Disclosures Are Coming in 2019 sees more substance in Elizondo’s remarks than we did, but Brett’s also perhaps more suspicious of Elizondo’s motives. We hadn’t connected the former AATIP head’s comments with the announcement about the Tom DeLonge Paranormal Series ‘Strange Times’ in Development at TBS. Speaking of remarks, Billy Cox finds great fault with some by SETI Institute director Seth Shostak. SETI, You Are Dismissed highlights a series of logical bobbles made by Shostak and argues it’s time for Shostak to Move On from a marginalized and blindfolded organization. Time will tell the correctness of Billy’s statement that last December’s New York Times story about that secret Pentagon program “was a game-changer,” but his expose of Shostak’s superficial thinking is effective.
