Leon passed on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, just two days shy of his 65th birthday. The director of Friends of Fort Knox, and the curator of Fright at the Fort every Halloween, Leon embraced his life and the unusual with the same passion, with cryptozoology being just one of his many interests. This world will be duller without Leon, and we have to believe the afterlife is a much more interesting place for his crossing over. (CM)
