Project Moon Dust–A Little Help – A Different Perspective

Kevin Randle has problems locating a Project Blue Book document speaking to the origins of Project Moon Dust. Any help would be appreciated. On the subject of government records, “Keelian” site-minder Doug Skinner demonstrates how Library of Congress bibliographer Lynn Catoe is Referred to John Keel. Catoe’s UFOs and Related Subjects: An Annotated Bibliography, was published in July 1969, and was at the time “the most comprehensive bibliography of Unidentified Flying Objects ever compiled.” Shifting to other publications, Rich Reynolds has A Must-Read for All of You! Rich imagines James L. Kugel’s tome The Great Shift will take the “Alien” out of the Ancient Alien Astronaut hypothesis and provide support for Jose Antonio Caravaca’s “Distortion Theory” at the same time. If it does either, that will be something. We’ll see. But Rich goes beyond records or bibliographies or even nonfiction, asking Can Literary Fiction Help with the UFO Enigma? Citing examples from classic works, and inspired by the review of a new science fiction novel, Rich suggests we plumb sci-fi for insights. (WM)
