A man has been arrested, handcuffed and dragged to a police van while wearing only skimpy underpants as part of an investigation into a fatal shooting late last year.

The brother of Mr Universe bodybuilder Calum von Moger has been confirmed dead after he mysteriously vanished – just months after going viral over a bizarre clash with an elderly couple.
