Peter McCauley, 25, was arrested by Virginia state troopers in the early hours of Thanksgiving after a high-speed car chase, which saw his Tesla reach speeds of almost 120mph.
WA police said the force of a tragic car accident in Perth was so extreme the engine block was forced into the passenger compartment. The driver, 19, died after being rushed to hospital critically injured.
The dangerous incident was caught on camera along Horsley Drive in Fairfield, Sydney’s west on Monday.
