Kevin Randle has done more than his due diligence in trying to get that elusive text on the Ramey Memo deciphered. Unfortunately, so has the CIA, the Air Force, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and they have decided the matter is of no importance. We may have hit a dead end in this particular road of investigation. Fortunately, there is so much more out there to explore. Kevin also draws our attention to what appear to be similarities between the Aztec and Roswell incidents, as reported by J.P Kahn, the journalist who “exposed”the Aztec incident as a hoax.
