I noticed the object at approx. 20:40 est while driving home in my car.
it was glowing and flashing bright white light and did not appear to be moving. initially i thought the object was a helicopter but as i observed the object it did not behave like a helicopter. the object hovered in the sky (high above houses) with its bright white lights. i sat a stop sign staring at the object trying to figure out what it was and while observing it, its white lights were flashing in a random patterns. the object would hover, move fast changing direction and then go back to hovering. i made a left turn onto another street and the object moved in the direction in which i drove. it continued to glow bright white and blinking. the object changed directions appearing to follow my route home and it continued to glow bright white and blink but as i got closer to my house its colors changed back and forth from white to green to white and randomly blink. i parked my car and stood in my drive way staring at the object watching it hover over the houses across the street, the object hovered and then it just suddenly disappeared.
