At 2115 hrs i was called by neighbours to come sit and watch lights in the sky
my wife and i went over and sat facing western sky at approximately 330 degrees an object would appear about30degrees above the horizon and travel to the northeast passing between where the handle and the dipper meet in the big dipper
the object was as bright as the star polaris
it continued pas the big dipper in a northeasterly direction till we lost sight of it due to trees
it took approximately 25 seconds to traverse this distance and appeared to be higher than normal jet traffic as at one point a large jet did pass overhead and seemed significantly slower,we estimate 3 or 4 times slower and half the elevation
an object appeared and travelled in this manner approximately every minute
in a couple of cases the object became much brighter (flared up in brilliance) and then simply vanished
in one case the object course took into a lone tree that was in our field of view and never reappeared
i saw approximately 18 objects in the time frame of the event which lasted 25 minutes
the last few sightings were 4 or 5 minutes apart and seen by all 4 people as well
at 2200 afternoon not seeing any for ten minutes we concluded our observations
we tried to video this event with our phones but were unable to record the event possibly because of the low intensity of the stars and object
