Updates to several UFO sensations close out the workweek. The US is not alone in reporting UFO/airplane close encounters; it seems we now have a similar admission from the Brits. Sequoyah Kennedy has the goods on 36 UK “near misses” between human and whatever aerial objects just in the last 28 months. Kennedy may be unfair in saying “Whatever they are, UFOs are clearly piloted by reckless maniacs.” But he and the quoted Nick Pope correctly underscore the need to understand what’s going on. Of perhaps greater immediate import, Jocelyne LeBlanc informs that AlienStock/Storm Area 51 Has Officially Been Cancelled. LeBlanc sketches the main lineaments of the action and the controversies behind “pulling the plug.” Things seem more muddled than ever here, as well as in current UFO news. Jack Brewer seems to agree, summing up just the ambiguities in the AATIP and gun camera video publications stories with Data’s King. Such is also Billy Cox’ opinion, as he reports on The View from the Bottom. Billy touches upon “Storm Area 51,” Congressman Mark Walker’s frustration at insufficient Naval answers to his questions on UFO encounters, and the ramping up of the hypersonic arms race.
