A manhunt for a suspected knifeman has been launched today after a ‘heavily pregnant’ woman was stabbed in Aberfan in a suspected ‘domestic incident’.
Officers were called to a property in the Ravensthorpe area of Dewsbury at 6.43pm on Sunday where the woman was found seriously injured before she later passed away.
